How do I get new construction leads in Ontario?

Your own pages and links
Pick up to 3 projects on the Free plan (10 on Pro) as your lead pages. Your photo, name and brokerage sit on those pages and every inquiry from them goes to you.
Share any LIQWD project with your personal link and the inquiry that follows is yours, whichever page the buyer ends up on.
Keep a project current, meaning you contribute its pricing, status or photos and an admin approves the change, and you steward that project: its inquiries come to you first.
The pool
An inquiry on a project nobody stewards enters the pool the moment it arrives. Premium agents who named the city see it at once, Pro agents at 15 minutes, agents who contributed to the project at 30, and every verified agent in the city, or with no cities picked, at 45. First claim wins.
Claims per rolling week: 3 on Free, 10 on Pro, 25 on Premium. You see the project, the city and what the buyer wrote before you claim; the name, email and phone appear when you do.
The buyer gets LIQWD's note the moment they inquire and your note the moment you claim, so nobody sits in silence.
What an inquiry is
A buyer who filled in a form on a LIQWD project page or on a developer's site that LIQWD runs, with their name, email, phone where they gave it, and their message. People who say they are agents are routed separately and never enter the pool.
Verification takes minutes. Your page is live at approval.
