How does the LIQWD lead pool work?

An inquiry on a project nobody keeps current, or a homeowner asking what their place is worth on a LIQWD city page, enters the pool the moment it arrives. It opens in windows: Premium agents who named the city at once, Pro agents at 15 minutes, agents who contributed to the project at 30, and every verified agent in the city, or with no cities picked, at 45. The first to claim gets it.
Claims per rolling week: 3 on Free, 10 on Pro, 25 on Premium.
What you see before and after claiming
Before: the project or the home in outline, the city, what the person wrote and how long it has been in the pool. After: their name, email, phone and address where they gave it, in your inbox, and they get your note the moment you claim.
Your cities
Pick the cities you want first pick in on the Leads page. Naming a city is what earns the Premium or Pro head start there; with no cities picked you see every city, but only in the open window.
What never enters the pool
Inquiries from your own page, your links, your seller pages and the projects you keep current. Those are yours the moment they arrive, on every plan.

- Is there a clock on a lead once I claim it?
- No. It is yours. Reminders come at two hours and a day while it is still marked new, and that is all.
- What if nobody claims a lead?
- It stays claimable, and after four hours LIQWD follows up with the buyer itself so they are never left waiting.
- Is there a referral fee?
- No. LIQWD is not a brokerage and never takes a share of a commission. Agents pay a flat plan, and the Free plan is free.
