Can I get seller leads on LIQWD?

Yes. Every verified agent gets a seller page at liqwd.ca, and one per area they work, with a form that asks a homeowner for the address, the home, the timeline and their contact details, with consent. Every submission is yours, with your acknowledgement to the homeowner going out at once.
Homeowners who ask on LIQWD's own city pages enter the pool, where the first verified agent in that city to claim gets them. All of it is free.
Branded or unbranded
Branded shows your photo, bio and contact details. Unbranded keeps only your name, title and brokerage, which is what the rules require on any advertising, so the page is the form and nothing else. Pick either under Public pages in your profile.
Running ads to it
Your seller page keeps the click's attribution and fires a conversion your Google Ads account can count, so you can run a seller campaign to your own page and see which keyword produced which inquiry. LIQWD does not run or bundle the ads on Free or Pro.
No instant estimate, on purpose
The page promises a free market assessment prepared by you from recent sales, not a number from a formula. Homeowners who want a real answer are the ones worth talking to.
