Do I have to switch brokerages to use LIQWD?

No. LIQWD is not a brokerage and does not want to be yours. Your brokerage name appears on every page LIQWD publishes for you, exactly as the regulator requires, and everything you owe your brokerage stays exactly as it is.
There is nothing to sign and no term. A free account touches nothing you have today.
What appears on your pages
Your name as registered, your title, your brokerage, your phone and your email, on your public page, your seller pages, your website and every email LIQWD sends on your behalf. That is the identification block Ontario's advertising rules ask for, and LIQWD prints it for you.
What LIQWD never touches
Your board or MLS login, your listings, your commission, your brokerage agreement. LIQWD does not need any of them. Your pages, your site and your leads come from your details and the new homes on LIQWD.
