The building's downtown position makes getting around straightforward. Yonge Street is served by the TTC's Line 1 subway, with College and Wellesley stations flanking the neighbourhood, and a dense network of streetcar and bus routes nearby. Drivers reach the Gardiner Expressway and Don Valley Parkway within a short trip south and east, connecting to the wider region.

In pre-construction, buyers usually register for first access ahead of a public launch, then choose a suite and sign an agreement with a deposit paid in staged instalments over the construction period. Purchasers often take interim occupancy — moving in and paying an occupancy fee before the building registers — with final closing occurring once the condominium is registered and title transfers.

In Ontario, buyers of a new condominium have a 10-day cooling-off period under the Condominium Act, during which they can cancel the agreement. Buying early in a release can matter because the widest choice of layouts and floors is generally available before a project sells through, as this one now has.
