Wasaga Walk is a collaboration between Hallett Homes, Primont Homes and Valery Homes, three Ontario-based homebuilders. Ontario's statutory 10-day cooling-off period applies to new condominiums under the Condominium Act and does not extend to freehold homes, so it's important to understand your obligations before you commit.
