Simcoe Landing is delivered by a group of four builders active across the Greater Toronto Area: Aspen Ridge Homes, CountryWide Homes, Marycroft Homes and Regal Crest Homes. Each has a track record of building low-rise and detached communities throughout York Region and the wider GTA, and their collaboration on this project pools that residential homebuilding experience in Georgina.

Buying pre-construction begins with registering for first access, which lets you receive pricing and floor-plan information ahead of public release. Buying early in a release can matter because floor plans, preferred lots and introductory pricing are often available before later phases.

For freehold homes like those at Simcoe Landing, purchase agreements typically involve a deposit paid in staged instalments over time rather than all at once, with the exact structure set by the builder. Because these are freehold houses rather than condominiums, closing generally happens when the home is complete and ready to occupy, without the interim-occupancy period common to condo purchases.

Note that Ontario's statutory 10-day cooling-off period applies to new condominium purchases under the Condominium Act and does not extend to freehold homes. Buyers should review their agreement carefully and confirm deposit terms and closing details directly with the builder.
