Treasure Hill is a homebuilder active across the Greater Toronto Area and York Region, known for low-rise and single-family communities. The builder brings this experience to Montara in Aurora, delivering detached-style homes in a growing part of town.

Buying pre-construction in Aurora usually begins with registering for early access, which puts you in line to receive floor plans, pricing, and release details before the wider public. Getting in early during a release can matter, since initial phases often offer the broadest selection of lots and layouts.

Deposits on new homes are typically structured in stages over time rather than paid all at once, with the exact schedule set by the builder. For freehold single-family homes in Ontario, purchases are governed by your signed agreement of purchase and sale; note that the statutory 10-day cooling-off period under the Condominium Act applies to new condominiums rather than freehold houses.

As always, review your agreement carefully and confirm timelines, deposit terms, and any conditions directly with Treasure Hill before committing.
