Where do I see the co op commission on a new construction project?

On the project page, once you are verified. Where the builder has released a co op commission, incentives or a broker package, they sit on the page for verified agents only; buyers never see them. Not every project has one, and the page says so rather than guessing.
LIQWD takes no part of the commission. It is between the builder and your brokerage, as always.
When it is missing
Builders release commission terms on their own schedule and some never publish them. If you know the terms for a project, suggest an update on its page and an admin checks it; a project you keep current also puts you first for its inquiries.
The broker package
Where a builder has shared one, the floor plans, price list and broker package are on the page for verified agents, with the builder's own link where it exists.
