The Tailor is a joint effort by Marlin Spring Developments and RioCan Living. Marlin Spring is an active developer across the Greater Toronto Area with a portfolio of residential communities, while RioCan Living is the residential arm of RioCan, one of Canada's largest real estate operators. Together they bring established experience in urban condominium development to this Etobicoke project.

Buying a pre-construction condo like The Tailor works differently from purchasing a resale home. It usually begins by registering for updates, which can give you earlier access to floor plans and pricing when a new release opens. Because early releases sometimes offer a wider selection of suites, registering ahead can be worthwhile.

Deposits on pre-construction condos are typically staged over time rather than paid all at once, with instalments due at set milestones.
