Medallion Homes is a builder active in the Greater Toronto Area, delivering residential communities across the region. For details on the company's completed projects and construction approach, prospective buyers should refer to information provided directly by the builder.

Buying pre-construction in Ontario typically begins by registering for early access, which puts you in line for information ahead of a public release. Getting in early during a release can matter, since floor plans and preferred lots are often allocated to registered buyers first.

Purchases are usually secured with a deposit paid in stages over time rather than all at once, with the exact structure set by the builder. For pre-construction freehold homes, closing occurs when construction is complete and the home is ready to transfer.

Note that Ontario's 10-day cooling-off period under the Condominium Act applies to new condominiums, not freehold single-family homes. Review your agreement carefully and confirm all terms and deposit details directly with the builder before signing.
