Bayview Meadows in Aurora

Aurora is a town in York Region with a mix of established neighbourhoods, local shops, parks and community services. A nearby-places list was not available for this project, so specific hospitals, schools, shopping and parks are not named here. Buyers are encouraged to explore the surrounding Mavrinac Boulevard area in person to get a sense of daily conveniences.

Aurora is served by major routes across York Region, including Highway 404 to the east and Highway 400 to the west, along with Yonge Street and Bayview Avenue as main north-south roads. The Aurora GO Station on the Barrie line is a well-known commuter option in town. Exact distances and travel times from the address should be checked directly.

CountryWide Homes is the builder of Bayview Meadows. Further details about the builder's history and portfolio are not included in the supplied project information, so buyers should review the builder's past communities and speak with the sales team directly.

Buying a new home before or at launch usually starts with registering your interest. Registrants are often contacted first about pricing, floor plans and availability, which can matter when the choice of lots or models is widest early in a release.

Deposits on new homes are commonly paid in stages over time, with the schedule set out in the agreement of purchase and sale. Because construction here is noted as complete, closing timing may differ from earlier-stage projects, and the builder will confirm the details. For homes still under construction, buyers may see an interim occupancy period before final closing.

The 10-day cooling-off period under Ontario's Condominium Act applies to new condos only, so it does not generally apply to fee-simple single-family homes like these. Buyers should have a real estate lawyer review any agreement before signing.
