Registrants are typically the first to receive floor plans, pricing by phase, and invitations to sales events once the sales office opens — which for this project is expected in summer 2026. Given the scale of this community and its multi-decade build-out, registering early can matter simply for getting a look at the first phases before they're broadly marketed.

Deposit structures for pre-construction homes in Ontario are usually staged over time — for example, a series of payments due at signing and at set intervals afterward — rather than paid in one lump sum, though the specific schedule for Base Living at Base31 will be set by the individual builder responsible for each home.
